David Fearing


Dave has more than 20 years of experience serving credit unions and the credit union industry. In addition to his role as VP at the National Cooperative Bank, Dave has served as the CEO of CU Partner Link, as COO of the Ohio Credit Union League, and as chief financial officer for Corporate One FCU (1990-1997). Dave has also served on numerous boards/committees, including Education First CU, CUNA Strategic Services, CUNA Operations Council, and Primary Financial. Dave has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and accounting from Capital University.

Aaron Rouse

Aaron Rouse

Aaron Rouse is Accolade’s VP/CFO. He is responsible for the development and day-to-day management of Accolade’s interest rate risk management and loan advisory products and services. Rouse has more than 15 years of credit union experience, including serving as AVP of Quantitative & Operational Risk for one of the largest corporate credit unions in the country where he oversees the interest rate risk modeling of their balance sheet. Rouse obtained his undergraduate degrees in accounting and finance from Wright State University and his MBA from The Ohio State University.

Peter Gibson

VP, Chief Investment Officer

Peter Gibson

Peter Gibson is Accolade’s CIO. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the CUSO’s client investment portfolios. Gibson has more than 10 years financial services experience including four years at Southeast Corporate Federal Credit Union as a Portfolio Manager. He came to Southeast Corporate from Constitution State Corporate Credit Union, where he was responsible for the management of their overnight and commercial paper portfolios. Prior to that, he worked for Aeltus Investment Management in fixed-income performance analysis. He holds a B.S. from Eastern Connecticut State University with a double major in economics and business administration.
